1. What if I don't know how to upload photos?

There are directions included on the page where you are asked to upload the photos. If you are still having trouble uploading your photos, you can email customer service and someone will assist you in the process.

2. What pictures work best?

Any time you have to crop or resize an image you lose some quality in your picture. However, pictures that are clear, have people in them facing the camera, have limited shadows, and have neutral backgrounds work best.

Pictures that include people that have a head size of 2-3 inches or greater work best for labels and coloring books. It is also better in terms of resolution (clarity) to reduce the size of a head rather than make it bigger. So, a picture with a head that is bigger rather than smaller will help ensure that you have the best quality picture for us to use.

If we receive pictures that are poor quality, we will not process the order. Someone from our team will contact you via email or phone and ask you to re-submit a photo which will produce a high quality product.

All pictures must be saved using the jpeg file format. Pictures you submit must end in either jpeg, jpg, or jpe.

3. Can I order one coloring book that includes two people?

Yes! We have made coloring books with siblings, parents, grandparents, and friends included. Order the coloring book as normal and upload your picture. Then, email customer service (the link is under CONTACT) and send your second picture as an attachment along with the second person's name.

4. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order approximately 1-2 weeks from the day you place the order. Since we custom make each product, we must allow ourselves enough time to process your order.

5. Where do you ship products to?

Currently, we ship products to addresses in the U.S. and Canada and military bases, but if you live outside these areas contact us and we will give you an estimate on the shipping cost before you order.

6. Can I use any of the images on the website or on any of the products for my own use?

No. Using Your Heads is a limited liability company that has sole rights to the images seen on the website and featured on its products.

7. Will I be charged sales tax at check out?

Only residents of Arizona will be charged sales tax because our company operates out of this state.

8. Do you make personalized coloring books for businesses or organizations?

Yes! We will create a totally personalized and unique coloring book just for you! We make coloring books for car dealerships, cities, organizations, and more. You can decide what we draw or we can create a book for you to proof and then we will print it. This is a great way to promote your business or organization in a unique and creative way. Just contact us for more information.

9. Can it hurt to ask?

No! If you really want something added, changed around, deleted from one of the products you see on our site just ask. You can change colors, numbers on jerseys, the skys the limit. In the special instructions section on the check out page, write in your request and we will let you know if it can be done. Or, email us or write us a note in the Comments and Feedback section.
