When you make a purchase from Using Your Heads, we collect only the information which is necessary to process your order. We collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). We will use your email address, or phone number in some instances, to respond to your questions, suggestions and/or requests for assistance in using this Site. We will never sell or rent such information to any third parties. Information we collect might be used to deliver merchandise and services that you purchase online, to confirm your orders, or to respond to your customer service inquiries or requests. We have chosen to use PayPal to collect your credit card information. PayPal collects this information in order to bill you for your purchase. Using your heads never sees any of your credit card information. PayPal processes your credit card and sends us an email letting us know what you have ordered and where to ship it. PayPal is a trusted name in internet payment and has various safeguards in place to protect your credit card information and make buying items online safe and easy.

The security of your personal information is very important to us. Aside from the purposes described above, we will never share your personal information with any other third parties unless we have your express permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the disclosure is required to prevent harm or injury (such as product recalls, fraud, claims or other liability), or to comply with valid legal processes (subpoenas, warrants) as required by law.

The pictures that you send us are used to make the specific products you have purchased via our website. We do not share pictures with a third party or use your pictures for any other purpose than what is stated in the order you place on our website. We also do not use or display any pictures on our website without written permission from the individuals being represented on the products. Using Your Heads does keep pictures on file for up to 6 months from the date of your original purcahse in case individuals wish to place a re-order for a particular product. After the 6 month time period has passed, all picture files are deleted from our system.
